Craig booked my trip - he is very knowledgeable on destinations across the globe and the best tours and hotels to match. Got a nice bottle of wine and cheese plate when I arrived at my hotel in London - such a nice touch. Highly recommend these travel professionals no matter where you are.
This is an update to my previous, 1-star review below. After my initial experience, Kemi, Director of Corporate & Leisure Sales, contacted me to apologize and offer NS Travel services free-of-charge in the future. For my next trip, I had a complicated flight schedule, which Alvin, Senior Corporate Travel Advisor, thoughtfully prepared for me. Thank you both! Pretty disappointed that a supposedly "high-end" travel agency can't even manage to get back to me when I've contacted them repeatedly for various trips.

Once when I tried to do a booking online on my own I ended up with 5 reservations instead of 1. I live about 5 minutes from here but actually found them online so decided to give them a call last week about a trip to Ecuador / Galapagos next year. The woman who helped me (Angela?) was very helpful and knowledgeable!
