Staff are excellent. Rooms are good. WiFi is beyond terrible.
The place is fine, the front desk staff are fine but not the manager. The Asian lady that I believed is a manager is very mean, rude and not accommodating at all. I do not believe this kind of people in this industry exist. She looks very dirty too
This was a horrible place to stay. Our room was filthy, the bathroom floor was covered in hair, there is mold on the bathroom ceiling. The pillowcases all had stains on them, we wiped down the desk before placing anything on it & the cloth came out black. I realize that $200 a night is cheap for hotels now a days & I don't even mind that it was dated but when you are running a hotel there is no excuse for the rooms not to be clean.We will never stay here again :(
Very out dated, appliances dont work properly, maids never cleaned (though apparently they had checked off that they did) we went and asked for toilet paper and they said they didnt have any and didnt know when theyd get more. Too expensive for how low of quality.
Nice hotel. Good price. The front desk is really helpful with anything we needed. A bit out dated. But liked the hotel reminds me of the old hotels. Going to stay here again the next time I'm in Vancouver. Its close to metrotown mall. The street in front of the hotel is quiet.
