Great customer service, great internet, and very nice rooms
Very good pricing given the bedrooms and amenities. Walking distance (via water taxi) to the public market. Parking was $25/evening with ample spaces.
Central location allows you to get to the hotel easily. Rooms were clean, up to date and service was amazing.
Good location and good price for the space. The rooms are very big. The flooring and kitchen seemed newly updated. The bathroom shower/tub however were not and weren't the cleanest with some moldy areas. My least favorite part of the room was the barely warm water and super low water pressure when showering, it was pretty miserable. The amenities are basic. It does have a pool but it was pretty cold for chilly weather, even indoors which was disappointing. The amount of space though was great, shared with another family and had plenty of room. Loved the glass enclosed porch for watching the city and not being too far from anything downtown.
nice suite dissappointing as a smoker who paid the same as other guests you did not cater for even though you have an outside area on 2nd floor at least ash tray out front and not have to go to marriot next door just to ude ashtray
