Amazing spot with hidden brunch place in the back once you pass all the artwork. The local art is definitely something to linger on though. Owner came out to greet us and gave a detailed explanation of food sources and meaning.
What a wonderful place to stay! The staff were amazing in welcoming my BFF and I for the night. The room was quite beautiful as well. The breakfast provided was also just right, not overdone like a lot of continental breakfasts, but with some unique offerings that made it exceed expectations. Everything was so comfortable about the lodge that I would be so delighted if I were able to stay again.
Very lovely decor. They serve as both a hotel and living space for artists. They also have a gift shop//museum gallery where local Indigenous artists can showcase their pieces. An excellent experience for those curious about local First Nations artistry.
Had a wonderful overnight stay here! The room was wonderfully decorated with First Nations art and the bed was incredibly comfy! I really wish I could remember the fellows name who checked us in, I believe it was Rick, but he was super helpful in recommending places to have a bite to eat, plus we just enjoyed chatting with him about the area and the hotel and such. All the staff there were great and very welcoming. We look forward to finding reasons to visit Vancouver so we can stay there again!
What a great hotel! The room we had was beautiful and clean with great artwork inside too. Access to light breakfast each day and the lounge area with at TV and fireplace is great (plus sparkling water for free!). Heres the reason everyone should make it a point to stay here, the staff are simply phenomenal! Shout out to Andrew and Carlos up front who are two super nice people that took the time to get to know us and remembered our names from day 1. Sad to check out but will definitely be back to this hotel again. Go ahead and stay here, you wont regret it.
