The rooms are great. Spacious with extra amenities like a kitchenette, large fridge and freezer, sink, dishwasher, stovetop and microwave. Also had a bathtub. Decent breakfast buffet. Parking is $24 a day. The cleaning staff was friendly. We did however run into issues when booking with points. The head office had a mix-up and we weren't able to use them. But the managerial staff stepped up and gave us a favorable rate. I would recommend.
Good rooms, pleasant staff. Expected to check in at 2 and they delayed us several hours. Otherwise, nice hotel to stay in.
Great rooms. Awesome patio views. Nice in-room amenities. Amazing free breakfast and service! Would stay again! Parking was $25/night which wasn't bad. Didn't swim, but the pool room looked clean and we'll kept.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a great size, roomy with a full kitchen (island, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and sink), and TV area. Breakfast buffet included with stay. Located in the yaletown area, less than 10min walk to the sky train.
This hotel is very centrally located which is a plus. The customer service is great. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating to your needs. I love the various breakfast choices. The rooms are spacious and feels like your home away from home. If you need to relax, the whirlpool is perfect. The only reason why I'm giving the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the housekeeping staff, they are not thorough with cleaning the linens between the days you are there. But, regardless I made the best choice by staying there while visiting Vancouver.
