I followed Dr. Clark to this clinic, since he left his last one. He's a wonderful person that has always given the best possible advice and services to me and my mutt. I saw Dr. Chan last week only once but found her very kind and helpful as well. I am very happy that me and my dog are lucky enough to have found them!
Oops, in my struggle with the tiny keyboard of a new phone, I somehow left a one star rating when I intended to give Point Grey five stars. They provided excellent advice for the treatment of my elderly cat and followed up several times to make sure the treatment was working. I highly recommend them.
My dog seemed very at ease with the entire staff. And Dr. Chan took the time to explain to me the dental procedure she was recommending.
Dr. Chan is very thorough, she gave us time and answered all our questions, and the team staff are very friendly and professional.We are very happy and feel comfortable there as well as my big girl Micoa. Excellent team, highly recommended!
What a warm and welcome place to bring your pet. I am relatively new to the neighbourhood and brought my new puppy in for a check up. I have had pets all of my life and never have I experienced the warmth and engagement from a vet as I did with Dr. Clark. Tater loves him already. The assistants in the clinic were all very warm and friendly. Tater will have no issues coming here, even if it is to get a shot. They truly tried to make the experience positive for him and even suggested if I am out for a walk to come on in and get a treat for Tater so he has a positive memory of the place. Great people, great experience!
