We took our dog one evening concerned she got in to something poisonous at a campground. The staff were friendly and attentive and kind. The price wasn't outrageous which was appreciated. They provided excellent service and treatment.
We have taken our girl here for emergencies twice now. The staff are kind, emphatic, and caring. To the staff thank you for everything you have done for us during some very difficult and scary times your companion and love for the animals under your care is greatly appreciated as is your empathy for the owners.
I had to bring my 4 yr old cat Mickey to emergency after he vomited and started having difficulty breathing. I was very scared and had very little knowledge what was happening. But I loved how everyone there was so helpful and I loved the fast service that was provided. They lost no time to see my cat. While I was waiting everyone was very comforting to me. Unfortunately they couldnt save my cat but even though I was going through such a difficult time everything was done so fast and easily. I was very happy to receive a beautiful sympathy card from the doctor and the team in the mail. The team VAERC not only provides amazing service but also takes great care of our little ones. Thank you so much for everything.
Amazing hospital. The staff were unbelievably nice. I was beside myself with my bearded dragon not breathing properly. They took him in right away and stabilized him. The vet was so knowledgeable and kind. Best veterinarian experience to date
Leon my lemon dog has something going on every month. The team at Vancouver Animal Emergency has been nothing but great to him. He was in such good hands at the recent visit we had to have when he ate a steak bone and it got stuck in his stomach. Dr. Sue Ford and her team are great. Dr. Marco Cervi awesome too when he had to fix Leon for his bladder stones!
