Great store, nice selection and good quality items at a fair price. My wife and i have purchased a number of items from cb2 and never had a bad experience with their customer service. I wouldn't say we've had a GREAT experience, but it was always fairly good. Their in-stock inventory is lacking, so we usually only go to the store to check out the items before ordering. The store is really more of a showroom, but they offer free in-store delivery for the items you see on the web, so it works out well.
Horrible horrible customer service!!! Designs are nice, but I rather not deal with them. I was on hold twice today for half an hr each time. They lost my $6000 business. The store manager the same, erogant and rude. Never going here again.
I had the best experience here! I had to furnish an entire townhome and the salesman was incredibly helpful, patient and efficient. He spent the better part of 4 hours with me and was so thorough going through everything that it made something that would be overwhelming quite enjoyable. I would recommend going here and I'll definitely be back to shop again.
