We bought a dining room set, queen bed, Two Natuzzi chairs, and a couple of mattress for our new 3 bedroom condo. One of the Natuzzi chairs had to be special ordered. What stands out the most about Rosewood is their excellent customer service. We needed a special mattress that had to be a certain weight. They did not sell that type of mattress at the store, but since Rosewood is all about the customer, they took the time and found a mattress for us. In store, the staff are friendly, professional, very helpful and certainly know every detail about the furniture they are selling. Very relaxed and wonderful shopping experience. Delivery - on time. The furniture was assembled very efficiently and they explain details about the furniture as they set up. And before they left, they polished the furniture. We were impressed. About that 2nd Natuzzi chair that had to be special ordered....We realized that we had space in our living room for only 1 chair (oops)Wasnt even an issue....we were given a store credit. Thank you. We definitely and highly recommend that you visit Rosewood Home & Condo.
We haven't bought anything yet, but were so impressed by the warm and respectful customer service by the staff and the owner himself that we will definitely be making some major purchases here. The products are unique and beautiful. Its furniture that is authentic and not pretentious. The staff are courteous and always helpful, and genuinely go the extra mile. Ive purchased numerous pieces on several occasions and I will no doubt be back for more.
I love this place! I was looking around for awhile for the perfect dining room table and after using Google to browse through stores (like everyone else), I stumbled upon this one. I didn't really see anything I liked in the majority of the other furniture stores I visited (5 others in all), but Rosewood H & C had the perfect table for me (a beautiful square dark Rosewood table that fits my kitchen perfectly, unlike the cold feeling glass and metal one that this one replaces). I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to help me suit my needs and it was delivered exactly when they promised. Not to mention, they even came in to set the table up and oil/season it too! Honestly, I've never even heard of that before. I will definitely shop here again..!Highly recommended!
