Purchased a new bed frame (with storage underneath). Ben was really helpful/knowledgeable. We were even able to arrange shipping to the interior, rather than having to pick it up from the store in Vancouver. Unfortunately the warehouse sent it to us in the wrong colour BUT, they sent us the cover slip in the correct colour right away (at no cost to us) when I reached out. Customer service from Ben at the Granville tore & their customer service department was excellent. Quality of bed frame/product excellent. Very happy with purchase.
Went in to look at area rugs and couches, I need both and I like the styles here. Unfortunately all 6 staff were unable to help me (too busy). I tried out some couches, they were all pretty hard except 1 I liked. I wanted to see if it came in fabric instead of leather but staff were too busy with merchandising tasks and computer work. Found a rug I liked but wasn't sure how to buy it. Decent price on it and pretty unique. Store layout is tidy. Felt really awkward being the only customer in there (other than a lady resting while waiting for the bus) so I left.
I bought a lamp here and am very happy with it. The place ain't cheap, but it is not super expensive either, and the stuff is quite stylish and usually of decent quality. There is nothing that looks bad in the joint, so you can't really go wrong with anything from EQ3. The staff were friendly too.
Nice furniture but sooooooooooo expensive. We try to have a discount on a 1900 cad table. No negotiation. The table is just 7 iron tubes welded together and a marble top. 1900 dollars. At this price I'm going to buy myself a welding machine and all the materials and will save half of the money. I will be also sure that is it produced in Canada.
After getting rid of our dining table and chairs the day our delivery was supposed to come there was nothing delivered. Called the next day to find out our order was backed ordered, only our table was in stock but that wasn't delivered. No one notified us at all regarding the back order but they confirmed the delivery date. They confirmed a delivery for the following month. Was supposed to come yesterday but still nothing. No calls or updates from these guys. Terrible service
